What You'll Be Doing 🚀
Project Leadership & Coordination
* Lead cyber security compliance across site infrastructure and systems, keeping KPIs on track while adapting to new threats
* Build and maintain a portfolio of cyber remediation activities—think lifecycle management, obsolescence, and data quality
* Drive remediation projects and improvement initiatives, balancing planned work with reactive incident responses
* Act as the bridge between site operations and central Digital & Cyber Security teams
* Support Digital and Operational Excellence teams by embedding security into systems from day one
* Collaborate with management, project teams, suppliers, and partners to align cyber security with business needs
Hands-On Technical Work đź”§
* Plan and execute maintenance tasks, patching, and remediation to stay ahead of obsolescence and compliance issues
* Manage system hardening, antivirus updates, and monitoring tools, prioritizing based on threat intelligence
* Address Active Directory non-compliance with tools like Alsid (or similar)
* Respond to cyber incidents and alerts, adjusting focus when urgency strikes
* Own compliance results independently, with minimal supervision
Key Responsibilities:
Compliance & Risk Management
* Monitor and report KPI status weekly, escalating urgent issues immediately
* Identify, analyze, and prioritize compliance gaps and remediation
* Implement solutions for non-compliance issues and collaborate with teams on rapid response
* Ensure digital standards are met across Automation, Smart Factory, and Quality systems
* Keep all systems patched, protected, monitored, and hardened
Portfolio & Lifecycle Management 📊
* Maintain a complete inventory of obsolete assets and applications, with proactive remediation plans
* Reassess and reprioritize remediation backlog based on emerging threats and business impact
* Track orphan assets and ensure proper documentation in systems like ServiceNow CMDB
* Develop clear procedures and work instructions, capturing lessons learned from incidents
* Define consistent reporting and rapid communication protocols for urgent matters
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills
* Strong expertise in Microsoft OS (Windows 7/10/Server 2016-2022); MCSE is a plus
* Solid network fundamentals: TCP/IP, AD, client-server architecture
* Experience with firewalls, AV, patching, hardening tools (BIT9, FireEye, SentinelOne, Symantec, SCCM…)
* Familiarity with ServiceNow CMDB and asset management systems is a bonus
* Understanding of threat intelligence, vulnerability management, lifecycle, and obsolescence planning
* Knowledge of GMP, GAMP5, CFR21 Part11 is a plus
Experience & Approach
* Proven track record managing small to medium digital projects, preferably in regulated industries
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
* Hands-on approach to technical tasks and remediation portfolios
* Agile and adaptable—can pivot when critical security issues emerge
* Able to work independently and take ownership in urgent situations
Communication & Style đź’¬
* Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
* Excellent collaborator with technical teams, management, and external partners
* Skilled at balancing planned projects with reactive incident response
