Technical Support Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic IT team as a Technical Support Specialist. As the first point of contact for IT-related issues, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining software and operating systems, as well as troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

In addition to providing exceptional support, you will also maintain accurate records of IT assets, repairs, and support activities. This includes enforcing IT policies, managing user accounts and access rights, testing and deploying new applications and system updates, monitoring data backups, and performing recovery tests.

We are seeking a tech-savvy individual with a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. The successful candidate will have experience in a technical support or customer service role, ideally in a corporate environment, and familiarity with remote support tools and IT service management systems.

This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* Fluent in English; minimal understanding of one of the local languages (FR or NL); additional languages are a plus
* Experience in a technical support or customer service role, ideally in a corporate environment
* Familiarity with remote support tools and IT service management systems
