Job Description:
This position serves as the central point of contact for all office-related operations within a global environment. The successful candidate will ensure smooth functioning of facilities, travel arrangements, and administrative support for different stakeholders.
* Carefully coordinate building maintenance and liaise with external service providers to ensure optimal performance of technical systems including charging stations, alarm systems, and access control.
* Maintain stock of office supplies by placing orders via approved vendors through an efficient system.
