As a Customer Support Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional support to our customers and internal teams. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Investigating and resolving functional issues related to our software products.
* Providing timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including live chat, phone calls, and ticketing systems.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams, such as Consultants, Sales, and Developers, to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch or German being a plus.
* Strong IT and business affinity, with a customer-oriented mindset.
* Autonomy and the ability to learn quickly.
* A valid work permit for Belgium.
