Position Overview:
You will design, build and deploy many features of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, including system administration to support existing and future systems and to enable seamless integration into Greenyard company environments globally. There will be a focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory cloud infrastructure, configuration management and security to leverage corporate identity, network connectivity, and device type, helping to improve employee productivity. You will utilize your expert level experience and knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory architecture, administration, and best practice recommendations for cloud environments. You will be co-responsible for assisting supervisors in engineering and design, and leading in testing, migration tooling and implementation of Modern Workplace toolsets in Microsoft 365/Azure AD.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 suite configurations, policies, Analyze, troubleshoot and deliver Microsoft cloud solutions on Azure and Microsoft 365 platforms
* Provide subject matter expertise of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure with emphasis in Modern Workplace, Azure AD, Conditional Access (CA), Azure Information Protection, architectural design, migration management and support of large-scale implementations
* Provide expertise in Compliance & data retention leveraging Microsoft 365 Data Loss Protection (DLP), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), & Native Microsoft 365capabilities such as retention policies including Microsoft 365eDiscovery & Advanced eDiscovery
* Service Health monitoring using Microsoft 365 console and actively respond based on system alerts and notification
* Implementation of new Microsoft 365 features and functionality (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint and other O365 collaboration, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure Active Directory, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365 and modern OS Deployment…)
* Architecture and engineering of Microsoft Modern Workplace deployed in an Enterprise environment
* In-depth knowledge of Authorization & Authentication in Microsoft hybrid environment and experience with Azure Active Directory including Single Sign On (SSO) and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA)
* Assist in developing and implementation of support strategies for the various Microsoft 365 services
* Effectively translate technical specifications, errors, and business logic through written and verbal communications to both technical and non-technical customers
Profile & Qualifications:
* Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
* 3-5 years of proven experience with M365 / Azure / Entra / Intune
* Technical skills: Tenant management, IAM, Security, Intune, PowerShell, migrations
* Mindset: Architecture, governance, automation, security-first
* Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English
