Today, we are looking for a FINANCIAL CONTROLLER & ERP ADMINISTRATOR
to join a fast-growing company located in Aalst, Ghent, Beveren, and
Ninove.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Financial Controller (with ERP administrator responsibilities),
you will optimize financial processes and ERP systems. You will ensure
efficient accounting, support IT-related activities, and deliver
data-driven reporting.

SALARY: EUR5,000 - EUR6,000 gross per month

Profil recherché :
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a set of standardized monthly reports that are easy to
generate and analyze.
- Prepare and monitor budgets; create and manage financial reports
and analyze financial data.
- Handle monthly and annual closings to ensure accuracy and quickly
identify discrepancies.
- Optimize the ODOO ERP SYSTEM to streamline operations.
- Organize training sessions for end-users, especially when new
features or updates in Odoo are implemented.
- Create internal manuals tailored to the organization's processes.
- Ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other business software.
- Use Odoo's automation features to reduce manual tasks, such as
automated reporting or reminders for deadlines.
- Provide first-line support for IT questions and collaborate with
external IT partners on complex issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging staff to
suggest process optimizations.
- Leverage financial data in Odoo for deep analysis to support
strategic decisions (e.g., cash flow optimization, cost control, and
profit maximization).
YOUR PROFILE
- Creative and analytical, with a strong passion for problem-solving.
- Experience in implementing a new ERP System.
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge the gap between
technical and non-technical teams.
- Hands-on and IT-minded, willing to take initiative.
- Solid knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in DUTCH AND ENGLISH; French is a plus.
