Personal Assistant to CEO & COO (Remote) Company Description CelMedia is a fast-growing global media and education company focused on digital growth, online programs, and high-performance sales operations. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to directly support the CEO and COO with both professional and personal day-to-day coordination. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Personal Assistant to the CEO & COO. The Personal Assistant will work closely with leadership to manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel, organize daily priorities, assist with personal and administrative tasks, and help maintain smooth communication and organization across different areas of the business and personal routines. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, trustworthy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment with shifting priorities. Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and daily priorities for the CEO & COO Coordinate personal and business-related tasks and logistics Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and itinerary organization Organize emails, documents, spreadsheets, and internal workflows as needed Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects Help maintain communication between leadership and team members Support with personal assistant tasks and day-to-day coordination needs Assist with administrative and operational support as needed Help keep routines, schedules, and priorities organized efficiently Qualifications Previous experience as a Personal Ass
