🚀 The Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading food & beverage manufacturer in the Flemish region to appoint an Engineering Manager to lead large-scale industrial operations and capital projects.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for engineering strategy, team leadership, and site performance within a highly automated production environment.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the engineering & maintenance teams across the site
* Own and drive CAPEX projects (from design through to execution)
* Improve plant reliability, efficiency, and uptime
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives (lean / TPM)
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
* Collaborate with operations, production, and senior leadership
👤 Profile
* Proven experience as an Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering in manufacturing
* Strong background in food, beverage, FMCG, or process industry
* Experience managing large teams and budgets
* Track record delivering major CAPEX / industrial projects
* Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems
🗣️ Languages:
* Fluent Dutch (essential)
* English (professional level)
