Do you have 8+ years of experience as a Project Manager leading large-scale IT integration or M&A projects? We are looking for a colleague to join our team, 1 day per week on -site in Oostkamp.
Requirements:
* 8+ years of IT Project Management experience, ideally in large-scale infrastructure or M&A integration projects
* Proven experience leading shared services integration or company acquisition IT projects
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains including Active Directory, Azure, networking, and security
* Experience conducting technical due diligence and assessing "as-is" technical landscapes
* Ability to define "to-be" integration models and migration strategies
* Experience preparing project charters, high-level estimates, timelines, and dependencies
* Strong stakeholder management experience across IT teams, management, and external partners
* Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate between multiple parties (client IT, affiliate teams, solution architects, domain coordinators)
* Experience managing SteerCo meetings and senior-level governance forums
* Ability to monitor project progress, risks, and quality standards across complex technical domains
* Track record of promoting best practices and process improvements
* Willingness to travel occasionally for due diligence and integration support at affiliate sites
* Availability for 1 day per week on-site in Oostkamp

Job Description:
* Lead and coordinate shared services integration projects following company acquisitions
* Collaborate closely with Lead Solution Architect to conduct due diligence on newly acquired entities
* Assess "as-is" technical landscape and define "to-be" integration model for each acquisition
* Prepare high-level estimates, timelines, and dependencies for integration projects
* Deliver Project Charter outlining migration strategy, key milestones, and governance model
* Drive and coordinate implementation of standardised IT services across affiliates
* Manage communication and alignment between client IT and management, acquired affiliate teams, and solution architects/domain coordinators
* Lead SteerCo meetings and provide governance oversight
* Monitor project progress, risks, and quality standards across technical domains
* Oversee integration projects covering Active Directory, Azure Landing Zone setup, network and firewall configurations, remote connectivity, wireless infrastructure, laptop staging and rollout, and IT support transition
* Promote best practices and process improvements to ensure smoother integrations over time
* Travel occasionally to affiliate sites for due diligence and integration support
