Manager Content & Communication – Private Banking
The Team
ING Private Banking is on an ambitious growth journey. As the market leader in the business segment, we are epanding our footprint in the Private Banking space in Belgium.
To support our growth ambitions, we are reinforcing our central teams to better serve our Private Banking clients. These clients typically have substantial financial assets and epect a highly personalized approach, deep financial epertise, and meaningful engagement throughout their banking relationship.
You'll join a dynamic and creative team of eperts committed to building a strong Private Banking brand and delivering a best-in-class eperience for our clients.
Your Role: Manager Content & Communication
As Manager Content & Communication (GJA18), you will lead the development and eecution of our marketing and communication strategy for ING Private Banking. You will:
* Define and implement a content and communication strategy that strengthens our brand positioning and drives client engagement.
* Inspire and guide customer journey eperts and content creators to deliver impactful, customer-centric content — working closely with the Group Center of Epertise Communication & Brand to ensure strategic alignment and brand consistency
* Design targeted communication frameworks to support cross-sell and up-sell initiatives, enhance sales activation, and improve client retention.
* Translate strategic objectives and market insights into impactful marketing plans and campaigns.
* Manage the client events calendar, ensuring alignment with acquisition and loyalty goals.
* Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Tribes, including Commercial Support, Value Proposition Managers, and Private Bankers.
What Makes You Successful
We're looking for someone who:
* Has a strong background in marketing and communication, ideally within financial services or a similarly comple environment.
* Has proven eperience as a people manager, with the ability to lead a team and deliver results.
* Is a strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality
* Has eperience in content marketing, storytelling, and social media strategy.
* Is comfortable working with data and analytics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
* Communicates fluently in Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
* Brings a positive, pragmatic mindset and thrives in a collaborative team environment.
