A fast-growing last-mile logistics player is expanding its pickup & drop-off (PUDO) network across South Belgium and Luxembourg. To support this growth, we’re looking for a Field Sales Representative who will take ownership of a region and build strong, long-term partnerships with local retail stores.
🔑 Your responsibilities
* Recruit local stores: identify, approach, negotiate and close partnerships with retailers
* Onboard & train partners on tools, systems and operational processes
* Follow up & evaluate performance through regular quality checks
* Ensure compliance & service excellence across the network
* Build loyalty and maintain long-term relationships with partners
* Report insights & suggest improvements to enhance customer experience
👤 Who we’re looking for
* Experience in field sales or commercial prospecting, ideally with local retailers
* Strong communication and negotiation skills in French, English is a bonus
* Proactive, autonomous and well-organized
* Customer-focused with a relationship-driven mindset
