ICT Officer - Functional Analyst Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical ICT Officer to join our team as a Functional Analyst. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for processes, technology, and digitalisation.
The ICT Officer will work closely with the ICT architect to design, configure, and support the new CRM system. They will also play a central role in the modernisation of the Student Information System (SIS).
The main duties and responsibilities of the ICT Officer include:
* Analysing needs of internal stakeholders and key-users, and translating them into clear functional requirements and technical specifications.
* Helping think about process optimisation and taking the initiative to improve existing working methods.
* Guiding changes among end-users: listening, explaining, supporting, and making sure everyone is on board.
* Consulting with external suppliers, following up on implementations, and monitoring the quality of services provided.
* Working with colleagues from different teams and always keeping an eye on integration with other systems within the College.
* SUPPORTING projects from A to Z: analysis, planning, testing, implementation, and follow-up.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum five years' experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role
* Excellent command of English and Dutch; knowledge of French is considered a plus
* Solid interest in ERP and CRM systems, ideally also familiar with software development lifecycle and frameworks
* A strong motivation and eagerness to learn, to be and stay up to date with the latest know-how in your field
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both with technical teams and non-technical end-users
* An analytical mind and a listening ear
* Experience as a bridge builder between ICT and the business
* Familiarity with project management
* A proactive, precise, and project-based approach
* Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a diverse team
