As a Project Manager within our Digital Transformation team, you lead challenging technical projects from A to Z. You are responsible for the preparation, analysis, planning, and execution of projects on our Digital Transformation Roadmap. You ensure that every project is delivered successfully: on time, within budget, and according to the agreed scope. You are a natural leader who acts as a role model and embodies our vision and values across the team and the wider organization.
Your Responsibilities:
* Manage assigned IT projects and ensure full end‑to‑end delivery within scope, time, and budget.
* Build multidisciplinary project teams and coach and motivate team members in close collaboration with the Head of Project Management.
* Work closely with Business Process Owners (BPOs) to align business needs with technical solutions.
* Develop clear project plans, manage milestones, and oversee all activities before and after development.
* Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and ensure transparent communication towards program management and sponsors.
* Hold all contributors accountable for their deliverables within the project.
* Monitor risks, address issues proactively, and initiate the appropriate mitigating actions.
* Support adoption and change management initiatives to ensure IT implementations translate into real business impact.
* Track project performance and intervene where necessary.

What They Expect:
* Master’s level thinking and at least 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager (applications & infrastructure).
* Strong knowledge of project management and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Monday.
* Experience in the IT sector is required; affinity with the staffing industry is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, customer‑oriented, and stress‑resistant.
* Flexible, results‑driven, and not tied to a strict 9‑to‑5 mentality.
* Fluent in Dutch; English is an asset.
* Prince2 (Agile) certification is a strong advantage.
