Business Consultant – SaaS & Enterprise Software
Languages: English and French (required). Dutch or German is a plus, not a must.

Getting new clients up and running is more than just setup — it’s about listening, understanding their needs, and guiding them through their first steps so they can see value quickly and feel confident using our tools.
We’re looking for a Business Consultant who combines the skills of a Solutions Consultant and Implementation Expert. You’ll be the person new enterprise clients rely on to configure their accounts, train their teams, and guide them through the early stages of adoption.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the full onboarding journey for enterprise clients, from the first setup to full adoption.
* Configure and test Wello modules to fit each client’s workflows and integrations.
* Act as a trusted consultant, helping clients see the best ways to use Wello to reach their business goals.
* Deliver training sessions and provide clear documentation for both technical and non-technical users.
* Troubleshoot and resolve setup or integration issues, working closely with Product and Engineering when needed.
* Share client feedback and insights to help improve our platform.
* Track onboarding KPIs like time-to-value, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
* 1+ years of experience in SaaS onboarding, solutions consulting, or enterprise implementation.
* Strong technical skills with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations.
* Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally in areas like FSM or Asset Management.
* Clear communication skills — able to explain complex tools in simple terms.
* Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written). Dutch or German is a bonus.
* Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Nice to Have
* Experience supporting Field Service Management (FSM) or Asset Management platforms.
* Familiarity with ITIL support processes.
* Background working with clients in regulated sectors like energy, utilities, or inspection services.
