* Implementing solutions and support teams until sustainable results are achieved => COACH
* Onboard and train young consultants to develop their talents => INSPIRE
* Making the implementation of the corporate strategy a smooth, efficient and happy track => FACILITATE
* Tracking results and seeking for continuous improvement => LEARN/IMPROVE/GET RESULTS
* Becoming reliable and trustworthy to everyone in the company => BUILD TRUST
Requirements
OK, AND HOW CAN YOU GET THERE?
* You are Master graduated in the field you like we\'re quite open: Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Marketing, Finance etc...)
* You speak both English and French ! (ok, German would be ideal too :) )
And You Have Some Experience In...
* Analyzing current business processes in a critical manner/planning and reporting back on data found
* Providing solutions to improve the productivity and efficiency of the business
* Providing suggestions of ways the business can adapt for the future
* Conducting and delivering quantitative research
* Having strong numerical ability to analyze performance metrics
* Effectively managing projects from inception to completion
* Leading teams to secure positive outcomes for organizations
