Voor onze klant te Genk zijn we op zoek naar hogeschoolstudenten die graag wat willen bijverdienen.
Wil je graag in een callcenter werken? Heb je een goede talenkennis van het Nederlands en Frans, kan je vlot typen? Laat het ons dan zeker even weten.
Who are we looking for?
1. Duidelijk en vlot spreken-perfect Nederlands
2. goede kennis Frans- er moet een gesprek kunnen gevoerd worden
3. actief luisteren en behulpzaam zijn
4. pc vaardig, vlot typen, multitasken -> vooral nodig bij Team Business waar je werkt in de programma's van de klant
5. flexibel inzetbaar qua uren -geen 9 to 5
6. omgaan met druk (gespreksduur, moeilijke klanten)
7. stiptheid !!!!!!!! - op tijd komen is een absolute must
What do we offer?
Je zal tussen de 20 en 30h per week werken met weekend erbij.
Je kan na de zomervakantie ook 1 of 2 dagen per week werken indien gewenst.
Working as a student
In order to be able to employ you as a student, we need an official certificate of enrolment for the current school or academic year. This is an obligation mentioned in the administrative instructions of the NSSO. You don't have this in your possession yet? No problem. Just ask your educational institute for them and add them to your enrolment at a later date. Take a look at the website of your educational institution, often you can download the document online. Which enrolment certificates are eligible?
8. Complete curriculum studies (secondary or higher education/university)
9. Alternate learning program, theory + practical traineeship
10. Part-time studies – theory only without practical traineeship
11. Independent learning – diploma via examination board
12. Finishing a thesis
13. Possibly adult education if main activity
