Key Responsibilities
* Conducting cost analyses for projects;
* Overseeing overall project planning and control, ensuring clear understanding of deadlines, budgets, and project scope;
* Collaborating as part of a project team;
* Managing and/or supervising the entire tender process;
* Leading or participating in meetings with partners, architects, consultants, and subcontractors;
* Being part of the team that discusses bids with the client or their consultants;
You will also assist in the development and analysis of project schedules and other internal documentation.
