About the ProjectThe platform is a centralized European database providing a comprehensive view of the lifecycle of medical devices placed on the EU market.It integrates multiple electronic systems to collect and process information related to medical devices and economic operators (e.g., manufacturers), strengthening transparency, cross-border collaboration, and access to reliable information for healthcare professionals and the public.Your MissionAs a Business Analyst, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring business needs are translated into clear functional specifications and system improvements.You will analyze processes, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of the IT solution.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business processes and identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunitiesGather and document requirements (scope, use cases, business rules, terminology)Perform impact analysis for new requirements or change requestsDevelop workflow diagrams and process models (BPMN)Write and maintain comprehensive functional and system documentationLiaise between different departments and stakeholder groupsCollaborate with cross-functional and IT teamsDefine KPIs and monitoring methods to assess optimized processesProfile & Skills RequiredBachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Operational Research, Mathematical Modelling, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fieldOR minimum 2 years of relevant experienceStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsExperience with data analysis and modellingBPMN knowledgeExcellent MS Office skills (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilityStructured, detail-oriented mindsetNice to HaveBasic knowledge of Machine Learning or Artificial IntelligenceExperience in change managementCertifications (Business Analyst, Agile, Scrum, Lean/Six Sigma, etc.)Knowledge of Python (maintenance & updates of existing applications)What We OfferInvolvement in a high-impact European digital transformation programInternational and multicultural working environmentLong-term project stabilityOpportunity to shape regulatory and digital innovation at EU level
