Your position on the team
As a
Supply Chain / Operations Assistant
, you'll play a key administrative role in our day-to-day operations.
You'll support the team in processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. Thanks to your precision and coordination, everything runs smoothly — from order creation to arrival in the warehouse.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Creating and following up purchase orders (POs)
* Supporting order processing and shipment documentation
* Communicating with suppliers regarding deliveries and paperwork
* Checking order confirmations and shipping details
* Monitoring stock levels and delivery timelines
* Providing administrative support to other operations teams (transport, customs, warehouse, planning)
* Contributing to process improvements within the supply chain and order flow
You'll work closely with colleagues in transport, customer service, and master data, and report to the
Operations Manager / Team Lead
.
Your strengths
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 1–3 years' experience in an
administrative supply chain
, logistics, operations role
* Excellent knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
and confident working with
Microsoft 365
(Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
* Structured, accurate, and eager to learn
* Strong communication skills (English required – additional languages are a plus)
* Experience with
SAP Business One
is an advantage
* Affinity with sports or sporting goods is a plus
