About the Role
As the End-to-End Process Owner for S2P, you will own the design, governance, and continuous improvement of the full Source-to-Pay process.
You'll work closely with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, IT, and innovation teams to ensure best-in-class operations and a seamless SAP-enabled process.
What You'll Lead
Process Design & Governance
* Define and harmonize S2P processes aligned with SAP best practices
* Maintain global process documentation, controls, and KPIs
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
* Identify opportunities for automation (e-invoicing, OCR, AI, predictive procurement)
* Run pilots and proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies
SAP Transformation & Functional Design
* Represent S2P in design governance forums
* Validate solutions, approve functional designs, prioritize requirements
* Sign off S2P readiness for go-live
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Partner with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and IT
* Lead workshops, drive alignment, and ensure smooth adoption
Change & Data Management
* Lead change impact assessments
* Ensure data quality across vendor, PO, and invoice data
* Support SAP migration and validation efforts
Governance & Compliance
* Ensure compliance with VAT, SOX, audit rules
* Monitor KPIs like PO compliance, invoice cycle time, and payment accuracy
What You Bring
* 7+ years of experience in S2P process management in a multinational environment
* Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI + integration points)
* Background in large ERP or finance transformation programs
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Fluency in English + Dutch or English + French
