We’re looking for someone with initiative, strong communication skills, and a passion for smart aluminum façade solutions for project and high‑rise construction.
What you will do
* You develop tailor‑made technical solutions perfectly aligned with the requirements of each project.
* With your drive and creative insight, you effortlessly translate complex architectural challenges into safe, high‑performance and visually strong solutions.
* You advise on cost structure, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and build professional relationships with ease.
* Once a project receives the green light, you take ownership of the technical follow‑up throughout the execution phase.
* You act as the technical point of contact for the technical drafter who creates specifications and extrusion drawings.
* You prepare project articles, production details, and assembly instructions.
* You guide test phases and first‑time setups, ensuring full technical compliance.
* You are never on your own: you receive training, coaching, and support from a team of experienced Project Engineers.
* You work closely with our R&D department and Technology Centre to follow up on technical test campaigns, including Air‑Wind‑Water tests.
* You work with tools such as AutoCAD (2D), Inventor (3D), RSTAB and RFEM.
Who you are
* You have at least 5 years of technical experience in the construction sector.
* You hold a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Electromechanics, though motivated Bachelor graduates with the right experience are also welcome.
* You thrive in an international environment and communicate fluently in English.
* You are customer‑oriented and strive for 100% satisfaction.
* You are willing to travel abroad — on average around 3 times per year after your onboarding period.
* You have an advanced background in AutoCAD/Inventor and structural analysis software and can apply these tools effectively in complex projects.
