Are you a natural salesperson who excels in public relations and building connections with businesses and clients? Do you strive for excellence and thrive in a team environment? Orogem is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our small, friendly team.
Role Overview:
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in optimizing store operations and boosting sales. Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining the store’s appearance inside and out.
* Managing store inventory (both online and offline).
* Performing administrative tasks.
* Building a loyal customer base.
* Assisting with sales and providing exceptional customer service.
* Translating website content as needed.
* Posing as a model for our jewellery collections.
* Establishing and maintaining public relations and connections with other businesses and clients.
Your Profile:
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar retail role is preferred.
* Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented.
* Precise, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Proficient with computers and online tools.
* Available full-time, including Saturdays.
* Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (German, chinese or additional languages are a plus).
* Passionate about jewellery and comfortable posing as a model.
