Description:
* Support the coordination of GCO programmes, including project tracking and reporting on progress.
* Maintain and update the GCO SharePoint site.
* Assist in drafting governance documents and email communications for Corporate Governance Advisors and Experts.
* Monitor the GCO's annual budget and ensure alignment with quarterly forecasts.
* Provide regular budget status reports to the General Counsel.
* Manage the processing and payment of invoices.
* Coordinate internal GCO meetings: prepare agendas, draft meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on actions.
* Handle procurement tasks including liaising with external suppliers, and managing contracts, invoices, and signatures.
* Manage the GCO mailbox and ensure timely and appropriate responses.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with all Secretariat Sections and the Office of the Secretary-General.
* Collaborate effectively with the offices of the main office holders.
* Work with the GCO team to identify and implement best practices and process improvements.
Profil
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent through relevant experience.
* 0-3 years of professional experience in a similar role.
* Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and SharePoint.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit.
