You will have the opportunity to rapidly increase your skills and responsibilities in a complex, often international, interesting and challenging environment. /p p /p pustrongTASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES /strong /u : /p p✓ Assist our clients with their cash management and payments projects (e.g., cash pooling, forecasting, payment factory, banking connectivity, TMS implementation). /p p✓ Analyze business requirements and translate into operational impacts on their cash management and transaction workflows. /p p✓ Operational support in cash management processes, such as incident management and issue monitoring. /p p✓ Lead root cause analysis and follow up on action plans to improve system and process reliability. /p p✓ Communication and stakeholder management, from sales to IT teams, in close collaboration with product owners /p p✓ Contribute to IT reliability initiatives and act as a key liaison between business and technical teams to drive improvement. /p pustrongPROFILE /strong /u: /p pIdeally, you have : /p ul lia Bachelor or Master degree in finance, management, business administration, economics or equivalent /li lia minimum of 2 years of professional experience /li lia good knowledge on cash management, SWIFT payments and incidents managements is considered as a plus /li lia first experience in consulting, business analyst or audit /li lifluent written and spoken skills in English and in French or Dutch /li listrong interpersonal skills and able to interact effectively with key stakeholders /li liproven ability to team effectively with diverse groups /li liability to define relevant performance indicators, to develop and adapt a process, to structure information /li liexcellent analytical and synthetical capabilities, customer-oriented, enthusiasm, communication and pragmatism in execution /li /ul
