Purpose of the Role:
This is a hands-on commercial internship embedded in our Strategic Accounts team. You'll work directly alongside the Key Account Manager and the wider commercial team to keep our major accounts running — operationally sharp, commercially focused, and always moving forward.
You won't be shadowing. You'll be doing.
And if you see a smarter, faster way to do something, we want to hear it.
You will support key accounts as Zara · Zalando · Amazon · Foot Locker · Decathlon · Travel Retail (airports, cruise ships, duty-free) · among others
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Track orders, shipments, and delivery timelines across multiple key accounts
* Monitor sell-through, flag replenishment needs, and support forecasting
* Prepare and maintain commercial reports, account trackers, and meeting materials
* Coordinate internally between commercial, ops, logistics, and marketing
* Support day-to-day communication with buyers and account contacts
* Help prepare account reviews, sell-in presentations, and seasonal planning inputs
What you will learn:
* How pan-European wholesale and marketplace accounts operate at scale
* End-to-end commercial operations: from order to shelf
* How a global lifestyle brand manages multi-channel retail partnerships
* Sales analysis, forecasting, and stock management in a fast-moving environment
What we are looking for:
* You take initiative - you don't wait to be told twice
* You're very well organised, rigorous, and follow through
* You're comfortable with ambiguity and figure things out
* Strong Excel skills(non-negotiable)
* You actively use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) in your day-to-day work - building smarter models, cleaner presentations, faster analysis. (Not just aware of the, but actually using them)
* You don't wait to be shown a better way. You spot it and propose it
* Interest in retail, fashion, FMCG, or consumer goods
* Fluent in English; Spanish a plus
This is a hybrid position and it will be expected for this person to be at the office in Madrd some days/week.
