Overview Senior Product Manager - Payment Solutions at team.blue. We are assembling a central payments team to unify, optimize, and scale payment solutions across our portfolio in Europe. Payments span subscription billing, in-app purchases, POS terminals, and e-commerce checkout experiences and are a strategic lever for growth.
We’re seeking a senior product leader to shape vision and strategy at the group level while supporting local implementations and collaborating with engineering, finance, and commercial teams. You should have strong domain expertise in payments and fintech, with a practical mindset to translate strategy into deliverable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Define and own the group-wide payments product vision, strategy, and roadmap in close collaboration with leadership.
Lead discovery and prioritization across multiple payment domains (subscription billing, card processing, PSP integrations, POS systems, and e-commerce).
Partner with regional product and engineering teams to align on implementation and delivery, ensuring local business needs are met within a scalable, centralized approach.
Evaluate and select third-party payment providers and technologies; lead integration efforts.
Drive payment-related KPI improvements: conversion rates, success rates, cost of payments, and fraud reduction.
Maintain deep understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations across EU markets.
Represent the payments team in cross-functional initiatives involving finance, legal, data, and customer experience.
Champion best practices in product discovery, delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
Your Profile Required
5+ years in product management with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or financial platforms.
Demonstrated ability to develop product strategy and lead execution across multiple markets or business units.
Strong understanding of modern payment infrastructure (PSPs, card networks, tokenization, fraud tools, recurring billing).
Experience collaborating with engineering, commercial, and finance teams to deliver outcomes.
Data-driven mindset with experience defining and tracking payment-related metrics.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Nice to Have
Experience in multi-brand or portfolio company environments.
Knowledge of EU regulatory landscape (PSD2, SCA, PCI-DSS).
Exposure to POS hardware and software integration.
Background in SaaS or e-commerce business models.
Product leadership experience (mentoring PMs, influencing C-level stakeholders).
Fluency in additional European languages.
