As an After-Sales Coordinator EMEA, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth after-sales experience for customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will act as a central point of contact for service-related inquiries and be responsible for coordinating customer service operations while supporting the analysis and improvement of service performance.Our client is a leading player in the retail sector, known for delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer experience across the EMEA region.As an After-Sales Coordinator EMEA, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth after-sales experience for customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will act as a central point of contact for service-related inquiries and be responsible for coordinating customer service operations while supporting the analysis and improvement of service performance.Tasks : Act as the main point of contact for service partners, customers, and internal teams across the EMEA regionManage and follow up on service requests, warranties, and repairs in a timely and customer-focused mannerCoordinate the shipment of spare parts and product replacements when neededCollaborate with internal departments (logistics, quality, commercial teams) to ensure customer satisfactionAnalyze service data and KPIs to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvementSupport service reporting and participate in continuous improvement initiativesOccasionally travel to visit partners or attend internal regional meetings We are looking for an After-Sales Coordinator that : Proven experience in a customer service, after-sales, or service coordination roleStrong skills in data analysis (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plusCustomer-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and solve problems proactivelyWillingness to travel occasionally within the EMEA region Our client offers : A dynamic and international work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and learningCompetitive salary package with extra-legal benefitsOffice located in Grimbergen and no home office possibilities Logistics, Warranty, Data analysis, Customer Service, KPI, Shipment, Communication, Problem Management, Prioritize Workload, Customer Experience, Manners, Coordination, Customer Oriented, VOS, EMEA, Aftersales, Spare parts, Customer Oriented, Reporting, MS Excel, Organization Skills, Service, Analysis, Repairing, Power BI
