About the Project:
The client in the utilities sector is looking for a Program Manager to join their team. Key tasks include defining and implementing a realistic transformation roadmap, engaging with senior management and managing stakeholder interactions, collaborating with the IT division to integrate digital initiatives, and managing a portfolio of transversal projects.
Responsibilities:
1. Define and implement a transformation roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
2. Engage with senior management and stakeholders to ensure program results meet expectations.
3. Collaborate with the IT division to integrate digital initiatives and enhance organizational efficiency.
4. Manage a portfolio of transversal projects, working closely with project managers, stream leaders, and other stakeholders.
5. Lead strategic committees to drive decision-making processes and achieve project objectives.
6. Ensure effective change management, including storytelling, communication plans, and impact analysis.
7. Provide regular reporting and status updates to stakeholders, ensuring they are informed about project progress.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in project/program management.
* Degree in industrial, commercial, or civil engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in controlling and infrastructure project management is an asset.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Strong affinity with digitalization (IT).
* Proficient in Dutch, French, and English.
* Flexible, autonomous, and proactive.
* Skilled in organization and planning, including decision-making processes.
