Customer service specialist (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

1. Issue quotes and orders for new and existing customers into ERP system (SAP), manage delivery according to customer demand together Return of Goods with Logistic Department

2. Set up new accounts into ERP system (SAP) + Maintaining of the Customer Database

3. Managethe Customer Relation Management System (based on Lotus Notes)

4. Manage information on customer portals and EDI transaction to meet customer demands

5. Monitor Customer Complaints

6. Maintain the Contract Database

7. Exceed our customer’s expectations through continuous improvement utilizing data and developing procedures to meet those expectations

8. Work closely with the Service Departments: Logistics, Finance, Accounting,

9. Controlling in order to integrate seamlessly new- and ongoing business and communicate customer business practices across all divisional functions

10. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies

11. Implement and monitor a variety of order processing channels and stock requirements

12. Work closely with the Sales Staff as their internal contact point for customer requirements

13. Review pricing with sales and reconcile pricing issues as necessary

14. Monthly reporting and forecasting preparation

15. Maintain margin goals and manage pricing for customers

16. Coordinate Marketing Projects in interaction with the Sales- and Marketing Manager

17. Readiness to travel

Qualifications:

18. Strong verbal and written communications skills with emphasis on telephone skills

19. Organizational skills

20. Positive attitude

21. Ability to build strong partnerships between internal and external organizations to achieve targeted goals

22. Excellent problem solving kills

23. 3 years Bachelor degree and 3 years of Customer Service experience or 4 years of College degree with 2 years of Customer Service Experience

24. Service/Marketing/Sales Account Management experience with an emphasis on Business to Business is a plus

25. Excellent PC related skills including Microsoft Office and Internet Skills

26. SAP system or other large scale complex ERP system and CRM –system (Lotus Notes) experience

27. Language skills: English, Dutch, French both written and verbal
