YOUR TASKS:
* Process support requests and log them in the ITSM application
* Providing support over the phone and manning the walk-in desk during office hours
* Implementing solutions for incidents
* Monitor open tickets with involved vendors and solver groups within Fnac-Vanden Borre
* Register, replace, and monitor repairs of end-user and industrial hardware
* Provide communication between IT and end-users for major incidents and planned interventions
PROFILE:
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* A Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent qualification
* First-hand experience in IT support (junior positions are acceptable)
* Good general IT knowledge
* Basic knowledge of networks, ICT hardware, and the English language
* Fluent in both spoken and written Dutch and French
* Customer-oriented, results-driven, excellent communication skills, stress-resistant, open-minded, and flexible
