Banking/IT/Project manager/ Agile/Governance
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join a Tribe operating in an Agile Scrum environment within a highly demanding financial context.
Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate deliveries across multiple Agile squads
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
* Implement and follow Product Delivery Management processes
* Identify and remove blockers and risks impacting delivery
* Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and internal policies
* Manage the application lifecycle (delivery, integration, cost, resilience)
* Communicate progress and report to stakeholders and steering committees
Qualifications
* Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, including Agile environments
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
* Proven experience in delivery management and stakeholder management
* Experience in regulated environments (banking, insurance, etc.)
* Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and compliance
