Project Manager - French/Dutch Speaking
Whitehall Resources are looking for an experience Project Manager, working on a contract until the end of the year. This will be based onsite 2 days per week in Brussels.
The client requires candidates to be English, French and Dutch speaking.
Job Description:
• Understand, manage, follow up RFI/RFP process
• Manage meetings with all stakeholders - internal and external (organize/clarify agenda/clear up doubts/report)
• Review/produce Document business processes, requirements, use cases, defects, functional diagrams, architectural design principles
• Participate and support the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
• Conduct gap analyses and impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Facilitate and document meetings, workshops, and project status updates.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and project managers to validate functional specifications and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
• Assist in test planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
• Manage risks and come up with mitigation strategies.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and change logs throughout the project.
• Manage planning and milestones
• Communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Propose solutions, problem solving & incident follow up
Conformity Criteria's :
• Master's degree
• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and evaluating RFP/RFI
• Certified Prince 2 foundation & SCRUM Master certified – with proven project follow up.
• 15+ as "Project Manager & IT analyst"
• Proven project management of project over 2M€
• Tri-language ENG/FR/NL – (C1 – English/B2 for French/B2 for Dutch)
• The contractor needs to come on premise Monday & Thursday plus additional days when requested.

• Proven experience in project follows up: (Participate in and support the end-to-end project lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support)
o Understanding business processes, requirements, use cases, defects, functional diagrams, architectural design principles
o Able to manage meetings – clearly expose subject, manage stakeholders.
o Create and manage project plans, timelines and resource allocation.
o Able to report and present in front of an audience (status meetings/steerco's)
o Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Proven experience as IT Analyst:
o Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
o Support end-users during UAT and deployment.
o Affinity with programming languages (preferably .NET)
o Solid knowledge about databases (writing SQL queries, SQL Server Management Studio)
