ICT/Facility Program Manager Pharma
Execute the Digital Strategy in order to build 1 fully Digitalized Connected factory.
The objectives of the position will be to execute the Digital strategy for 1 new facility we plan to build in Geel. This Digital Strategy will cover all the Digital landscape, from Infrastructure foundations until Digital applications/products utilization, from project delivery to operational mode (after PPQ batches).
Role Objectives:
* Organize all the necessary governance to drive and report the activities, addressing any challenge or issue met during the program. This governance will report progress within the program, but also within the Digital organization
* Lead the planning, development, and implementation of all Digital systems necessary for the efficient operation of the new factory
* Liaise with key stakeholders, including management, project teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure Digital objectives are aligned with overall business goals
* Oversee the implementation of appropriate technologies to support the plants production and management processes
* Ensure Digital standards (infra, cyber, validation) are implemented, in fully compliance by every stakeholders (Digital but also Engineering, Quality...)
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish and manage the Digital project schedule, including critical milestones and delivery deadlines, ensuring full alignment with Project schedule
* Develop and maintain a detailed project plan that includes all necessary tasks, from hardware acquisition, through applications/products rollouts, until routine operational mode for every Digital element
* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the Digital system are designed and implemented in accordance with regulatory standards and industry best practices (GxP, SOX, Cyber, …)
* Work with close collaboration with Engineering stakeholders to ensure equipment systems (SCADA, DeltaV, MES...) are implemented strictly following digital guidelines
* Track the Digital project costs
* Identify and mitigate project-related risks, proposing and/or implementing contingency plans for potential issues
* Provide thought leadership and technical expertise to solve complex challenges
* Ensure clear and regular communication with all stakeholders on project progress and potential issues
About you
Skilled in executing a multi-year digital strategy, you have robust technical abilities and soft skills throughout your past experiences.
* Experience:
* Significant experience in managing complex Digital projects, preferably in the industrial pharmaceutical sector
* Strong project management skillset and ability to lead teams (technical or functional) with proven experience in managing them in an international & remote context
* Soft and technical skills:
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholder groups
* In-depth knowledge of Digital systems
* Languages: Fluent in English, Flemish or French is a plus
