Key Responsabilities
Social media strategy & management
* Define and execute the social media strategy for OMODA & JAECOO Spain across all platforms.
* Develop monthly content plans aligned with business and brand objectives.
* Manage content calendars, publishing schedules and channel optimization.
* Identify emerging social trends, platform opportunities and new content formats.
* Monitor brand performance and campaigns to adapt strategies based on data and insights.
* Adapt local campaigns and initiatives to social media needs.
Content & Storytelling
* Lead the creation of brand storytelling across social platforms.
* Develop creative concepts for launches, campaigns and social media activations.
* Oversee production of static, video and real-time content.
* Ensure consistency of tone of voice and visual identity across channels.
* Translate product and technology features into engaging consumer narratives.
* Represent the brand in front of the camera across social media channels, live streams, interviews, launches and brand activations.
* Host and moderate interviews with ambassadors, creators, media representatives, executives and industry experts.
Influencer marketing, brand ambassadors & vehicle fleet management
* Design and execute influencer marketing strategies.
* Identify and recruit ambassadors and creators aligned with brand values and business objectives + build strong relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout collaboration.
* Manage long-term ambassador programs and creator collaborations: Develop briefing documents and content frameworks.
* Supervise performance and optimize influencer partnerships.
* Lead the ambassador and creator vehicle loan programme across OMODA & JAECOO Spain.
Events, Experiences & Live Coverage
* Lead social media coverage of launches, road trips, media events, dealer events and international experiences.
* Coordinate content production teams, photographers, videographers and agencies.
* Host interviews, live streams and social-first content during activations when required.
Corporate & Executive Communication
* Support the personal branding and LinkedIn presence of key executives.
Dealer Network Support
* Support dealer network social media development.
* Define best practices, training materials and social media guidelines.
Reporting & performance analysis
* Track and analyse campaign, content and channel performance.
* Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or a related field.
* 2–4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
* Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
* Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
* Basic knowledge of content creation, graphic design, and video editing.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
