 
        
        We are looking for a highly skilled Electronic Industrialisation Manager to lead the transformation of complex defence-sector electronic prototypes into reliable, certifiable, and industrialised products. This is a full-time assignment with high strategic value, replacing a retiring expert in April 2026.
 * Oversee the full industrialisation lifecycle: prototyping, production, assembly, and testing.
 * Define electronic components and manage specialised procurement and production schedules.
 * Develop and maintain hardware/software test systems and in-house test benches.
 * Supervise a small team of engineers and temporary resources.
 * Ensure compliance with IPC standards; handle non-conformities.
 * Perform both manual and automated tests (LabVIEW, TestStand).
 * Provide technical support (HW/SW troubleshooting), documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
 * Work closely with the design office, even when project files are incomplete.
 * Transfer know-how through internal training at both local and international levels.
 * Support certification and qualification for mass production.
Technical Environment:
 * Complex systems (e.g. turret-type platforms): 5 enclosures per turret, 10–20 PCBs per unit.
 * Miniaturised, strategic components.
 * In-house test benches (8 units built, 3 in Belgium).
Profile :
 * Degree in Electronics Engineering.
 * Minimum 10 years of experience in electronic industrialisation.
 * Expertise in power electronics, design, assembly, cabling, and testing.
 * Proficiency with ALTIUM (schematic + PCB design).
 * Good knowledge of LabVIEW; familiarity with TestStand is a plus.
 * Strong understanding of IPC standards (CID/CID+, IPC-A-600/610/620).
 * Working knowledge of embedded software and systems integration.
 * Experience in the defence, aerospace, automotive or railway industries preferred.
 * Technical leadership, rigour, and ability to thrive in high-precision, low-structure environments.
 * Fluent in French; technical proficiency in English is required.
 * Available quickly and able to assimilate a critical, niche skillset.
 * Willingness to travel abroad (approx. 4 times/year).
 * No regular remote work.
