Head of E-Commerce
Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic leader
to lead our eCommerce growth strategy
and strengthen our brand presence in key European markets. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a strong B2B and B2C eCommerce background, who thrives in a dynamic environment and is motivated to drive meaningful, measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement an online sales growth strategy for the BeNeLux and UK markets.
* Plan and ensure the delivery of sales through the website and marketplaces.
* Develop and optimise the website: functionality, content, conversion rate and UX.
* Analyse traffic, sales and user behaviour, generate insights and implement improvements.
* Plan and coordinate marketing activities aimed at increasing online sales.
* Work with the customer base and open new acquisition channels to drive revenue growth.
* Optimise and enhance the CRM system to increase its effectiveness for sales and marketing.
* Build the team, organise its work and improve overall performance.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in senior or managerial roles in e-commerce, with a focus on strategy, operations and growth, for at least five years.
* Experience managing B2B/B2C relationships, preferably within a marketplace or digital platform environment.
* A strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, including platforms, technologies and key digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
* Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners across Europe.
* Well-developed analytical skills, with the ability to work with data, identify trends and make informed, data-driven decisions.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Customer-centric approach and commercial mindset, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional experience for partners and clients.
