How you create impact Drive warehouse operations to achieve long-term objectives and performance targets. Plan and organize departmental activities to ensure processes are applied correctly and efficiently. Coordinate closely with planning, operations management, supervisors, and internal support teams. Coach foremen in daily warehouse management to meet productivity, safety, and quality goals. Build, motivate, and maintain a strong team culture and positive working environment. Ensure the consistent application of standardized work methods, including the 5S methodology. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks and implementing structured solutions. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations through safety walks, accident analysis, training, and communication. What we would like you to bring Proficient in MS Office applications and experienced in working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Minimum of 2 years' managerial experience in a warehouse environment with basic knowledge of Lean principles. Strong communication skills, able to clearly convey ideas and expectations. Flexible and adaptable to changing situations, priorities, and people. Strong learning ability with an analytical mindset to understand and improve processes. Effective planning and organizing skills with a clear focus on results and performance. Demonstrated coaching and leadership capabilities, supporting continuous development and performance management. Shows enthusiasm and engagement, encourages teamwork and innovation, and delivers strong customer-focused results.
