Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the entire moving process from start to finish, including transportation of goods, customs formalities, and logistics handling.
2. Communicate clearly with clients to set expectations and guide them through the relocation process.
3. Organize all necessary documentation for international shipments (customs forms, import/export regulations, etc.).
4. Oversee multiple moving cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and secure delivery of goods.
5. Arrange transport, storage facilities, and suppliers worldwide.
6. Monitor cost compliance throughout the process.
7. Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the move.
8. Ensure seamless, customer-oriented communication throughout the process.
9. Register and manage files in a sector-specific database.
10. Handle price inquiries and requests via phone and email.
11. Manage invoicing and follow-up procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:
12. Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
13. Experience or knowledge in transport and logistics is a plus.
