About the Role As a digital bank, MeDirect relies heavily on digital marketing to drive expansion and future growth. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who can help sustain and accelerate this trajectory. In this role, you will join a compact and collaborative marketing team of four members, led by the Head of Marketing. Teamwork is essential, as many campaigns are built through close interaction and shared expertise. We expect you to bring strong digital marketing knowledge, seniority, and a hands-on mindset. You will manage multiple digital campaigns simultaneously across various channels (such as social media, display networks, and search engine advertising), adapting strategies based on campaign phases and performance. You will work closely with a digital performance agency to execute these campaigns effectively. Beyond campaign management, you will oversee and manage the marketing budget. Next to this you will perform ongoing analysis of campaigns and promotions. This analytical component has become increasingly critical, requiring a data-driven approach to continuously optimise performance. Key Responsibilities Innovative digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and generate leads. You will hereby manage an extensive set of KPI’s (CPC, CPL, CPM, CTR…) and will work closely together with an external digital performance agency Identify trends and insights to optimise marketing spending and performance; Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimise landing pages in close partnership with the Senior Officer Web Content. Work closely with the content marketer to ensure content is technically optimised for SEO and traffic growth; Increase conversion rates and optimise marketing funnels; Give advice and input as a digital marketing expert for marketing initiatives undertaken in other entities. Manage and monitor the marketing budget. Follow up invoicing and monitor the evolutions Conduct ad hoc analyses on campaigns and promotions, providing actionable insights on different client segments and product groups Support additional initiatives as defined by the Head of Marketing. Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience Minimum 7 years of experience in a relevant field (e.g. digital marketing, media, advertising, or banking) - Experience in the financial sector is a plus, but not required; At least 3 years of hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns and working with agencies; Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actions - Experience with BI tools (e.g. QlikSense, Tableau) is a plus; Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in economics, finance, business, or a related field; Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch and/or French; Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility and resilience; Proactive, positive team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
