You will also be responsible for technician training, equipment maintenance, and monitoring quality systems in line with industry standards.What you will get:An agile career and dynamic working cultureAn inclusive and ethical workplacePerformance-based compensation programsA range of benefits depending on role and locationCompany carWhat you will do:Manage the organization of the QC departmentSupervise analytical procedures and performanceOversee the QC training programManage data recording and trend analysisSupervise QC release prior to QA approvalOversee validation of analytical QC methods (protocols and reports)Manage out-of-specification (OOS) proceduresImplement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)Manage change controls, maintenance, calibration, and non-conformance reportsMonitor subcontracted laboratoriesTrack and report key performance metricsMentor staff and support knowledge development across teamsDevelop, implement, and maintain SOPsMonitor departmental budgetsWhat we are looking for:Master's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or related fieldStrong laboratory experience and knowledge of QC methodologies (chemistry and microbiology) xjsrcvqExperience in areas such as sterility testing, environmental monitoring, bioburden, endotoxin testing, etc. is a plusAdditional QA experience is beneficialLeadership/management experienceStrong knowledge of GMP and ISO standardsExperience managing complex projects and tasksFamiliarity with SAP and TrackWise is an assetStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent in English and FrenchInterested?
