What You'll Do
Identify business issues and translate them into concrete AI and data solutions.
Contribute AI and data expertise to sales processes, devise solutions and estimate workload for complex AI projects.
Collaborate with lead developers to solution and develop POCs, making concepts tangible.
Present AI solutions and architectures to clients, explaining complex technology in an accessible way.
Design scalable AI solutions, data pipelines and integration of LLMs, RAG patterns and analytics platforms.
Follow latest AI and data developments and translate them into practical opportunities for customers.
Support AI awareness and capabilities through internal sessions and knowledge sharing.
Provide thought leadership via blog posts, customer inspiration sessions and external speaking engagements.
Contribute ideas during project phases about architectural choices and hand over to development teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience with customer interaction, requirements gathering and translating business challenges into technical solutions.
Proficiency in modern AI technologies such as LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, machine learning pipelines and cloud AI services.
Comfortable with sales processes and presenting technical expertise convincingly to business stakeholders.
Hands‑on development experience with Python, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and data processing frameworks.
Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex AI concepts to both technical teams and C‑level executives.
Trend awareness – actively follow latest developments in AI and data.
Strategic thinking – able to consider AI implementations at an architectural level while also contributing to hands‑on solutions.
Inspiring personality – can excite customers about AI possibilities and act as a trusted advisor.
Affinity for knowledge sharing, writing and speaking about AI & data topics.
Flexible working style – comfortable in both strategic discussions and hands‑on development work, switching between project phases.
