The role focuses on delivering customer sessions, offering technical expertise, developing products, and providing training, with a special emphasis on strengthening the brand in Germany while contributing to global initiatives when needed. /ppThis role involves 50% travel. /ph3Key Responsibilities Include /h3ulliSupport the customer journey by developing relevant concepts based on customer briefs essentially with Industrial customers.ulliGuarantee a perfect execution of the Inspirational and Co-Creation days towards all typology of customers /liliInspire customer by showcasing our relevant product portfolio on inspiring creations /liliPresent the concepts at customer site, partner’s kitchen or one of our Academy /li /ul /liliCreate and develop all the new product applications per segment in coordination with Marketing including photoshoot and video shoot. /liliWith the rest of the team, ensure the local development of Global brands identifying the right initiatives to support the sales development of the brand /liliSupport the national fairs and events in Germany together with marketing and sales manager /liliAct as a local influencer within the internal Callebaut chef community and national chef community. Stay connected to the German and Austrian Ambassador network. /liliTravel requirements: around 2 weeks per month in DACH region /liliMonitor the activity of the Chocolate Academy with the dedicated tools (Salesforce and CMR). /li /ulh3About You /h3ulliDegree in Culinary school (confectionery and pastry, ice cream is nice to have). /liliDegree in Food Technology or Gastronomy Science is nice to have. /liliDeep knowledge of pastry and confectionery techniques in for all typology of customers food manufacturing, chains, key accounts, instore bakery global accounts business organization /liliDegustation and food pairing skills /liliKnowledge of B2B market and production organization of pastry business, pastry shops, hotels, restaurants and chocolate shops /liliStrong communication public speaking skills /liliExperience of working in a multi-cultural international environment /liliStrong business acumen /liliOrganization and anticipation skills. /liliTo provide our clients with professional and confident support, fluent English and German skills in both spoken and written form are required. /li /ulpAt Barry Callebaut, we are committed to Diversity Inclusion.
