We are a high-growth, high-ambition team, and we are currently seeking a motivated professional to take command of our customer relationships and expansion within a key regional market.
As an International Account Manager, you will transition from initial sales training into a strategic, internal role focused on cultivating relationships with new and prospective customers. This is an office-based position where your primary tools are the phone and our internal systems, ensuring consistent, high-quality engagement without the need for travel.
Your mandate is to be the primary commercial point of contact, ensuring a seamless journey from prospect to partner:
* Commercial Administration & Quotation Mastery: You will be responsible for the swift and accurate creation and management of all commercial quotations, acting as the first point of financial contact and ensuring clarity on pricing and solutions.
* Operational Assurance: You will be pivotal in processing and validating all new order confirmations, guaranteeing that customer requirements are accurately transcribed and production/logistics processes are initiated without error.
* High-Value Communication: Engage in meaningful communication with new prospects, articulating the MV Parts value proposition ("spreading the MV Parts word") and establishing the foundation for long-term strategic partnerships.
* System Integration: Oversee and manage the end-to-end process of setting up new customer accounts within our system, ensuring data integrity for future operational excellence.
* Territory Ownership: Drive measurable sales growth and expansion within a designated global region of your choice, purely through dedicated remote commercial execution.

* Administrative Precision: Must be adept at working within different computer programs, prioritizing accuracy in quote generation and order confirmation validation which are mission-critical tasks.
* Language Requirement: Fluency in English is mandatory to successfully navigate our global client base.
