About the Role
We are looking for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to strengthen product reliability and brand trust. You will own the quality and compliance system for our product range, ensuring that every item, from new launches to bestsellers, meets the highest standards of safety, durability, and compliance.
You will combine analytical and hands-on work: using analytic tools to identify quality issues, examining samples and defects, leading root cause analyses, arranging analysis with labs, conducting inspection and managing corrective actions with suppliers.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain product quality and compliance across all SKUs
Keep certifications and technical files up to date (CE, FDA, FSC, OEKO-TEX, ...)
Identify and resolve quality issues through CAPA projects
Analyse samples and defects to confirm causes and solutions
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to prevent recurrences
About you:
1 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance
Knowledge of consumer goods testing and certification
Comfortable using data and investigating product issues directly
Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative
Passionate about sustainability and customer satisfaction
