In just two years, our team has expanded to 180 professionals and continues to build strong momentum together with SAP.
KPMG Belgium is expanding its SAP Advisory team with a SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) Lead to drive innovation and data-driven transformation across our client base. This is a strategic growth role at the intersection of SAP BTP, enterprise data architecture, and cloud transformation.
You will play a leading role in building and scaling our SAP BDC capabilities, while closely collaborating with clients, alliance partners, and internal teams to deliver tangible business value through data integration, governance, and advanced analytics.
As the SAP BDC Lead, you will:
1. Design and lead the SAP BDC go-to-market strategy within KPMG Advisory Belgium
2. Set up and scale the SAP BDC practice, including service offerings, delivery models, reusable assets and accelerators
3. Support clients in leveraging SAP BDC and SAP BTP for data integration, harmonized data models, AI/ML applications and multi-cloud architecture
4. Participate in solution design, architecture, workshops, and proof-of-concept activities
5. Lead internal enablement efforts, including developing training and capability uplift for SAP BDC and related data services
6. Collaborate with alliances and SAP GTM teams, co-develop joint offerings, and align with SAP’s roadmap and innovations
7. Identify and qualify opportunities for SAP BDC in broader SAP S/4HANA or cloud transformation journeys
8. Support business development, pre-sales, proposal writing, and client conversations around SAP BTP and data-driven transformation

Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on leader with a passion for data, cloud, and SAP innovation.
9. Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in SAP, data integration, or cloud transformation
10. Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP Business Data Cloud
11. Proven experience in business development, client delivery, and/or pre-sales activities
12. Strong solution architecture and consulting skills, with the ability to define and communicate complex data strategies clearly
13. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
14. Experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BI
15. Broader knowledge of data platforms and ecosystems (e.g. Azure Synapse, Snowflake, Databricks) is a plus
16. SAP S/4HANA knowledge and understanding of how BTP/BDC connects with ERP, integration, and analytics layers
17. Fluency in English, and working proficiency in Dutch and/or French
