Context:
As part of the Ruby Program, the IDGP Squad is in charge to implement Structured Content authoring across all regulatory stakeholders (Labelling, CMC, Clinical, and Nonclinical). As member of the IDGP Squad, the Business Analyst will be in charge to document the functional requirements across Regulatory domains, and non-functional requirements from transversal teams (Process and Data, IT and AI). The Business Analyst will also contribute to the preparation and assessment of Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) to acquire one or several tools that fulfil the requirements. During the RFI/RFP process, the Business Analyst will also ensure that business and technical teams are properly involved in the tool selection process.
Major accountabilities and responsibilities
Project Management
• Planning of activities, communication and reporting to business and transversal teams
• Structured organization of requirements and communications, to support the traceability of progress and decisions across business and transversal teams
• Organize meetings with Vendors (calls, demos, hands-on) during RFP process Business Analysis
• Capture and structure functional and non-functional requirements across domains
• Associate requirements with the corresponding capabilities sought
• Translate requirements into documents supporting RFI and RFP
• Define the approach for assessing RFI and RFP, in collaboration with teams across domains
• Contribute to scoring and decision
• Progress the identification of additional tools for the capabilities not covered by RFP AI Use Case Business Analysis
• Facilitate workshops to identify and refine AI use cases with the Agentic Squad
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a structured, analytical, and business-savvy Business Analyst who is comfortable working across multiple regulatory domains and transversal teams.
They are able to translate complex business needs into clear, structured documentation and can confidently interact with both business and technical stakeholders, as well as external vendors.
Years of Experience
Medior to Senior level – typically 3 to 8 years of experience
(Intermediate to advanced project management and business analysis experience expected)
Must Have
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in complex or transversal environments
• Proven ability to capture, structure, and document requirements
• Experience supporting RFI / RFP processes
• Solid project management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Experience in IT-related projects
• Advanced English (C1–C2)
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
Nice to Have
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of submission dossiers (CTD) and submission processes
• Exposure to Structured Content Authoring
• Knowledge of Veeva solutions
• Experience working with AI-related use cases
• French language skills (nice to have, not mandatory)
