The Key Account Manager will have the following responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to optimize sales and brand presence
* Regularly monitor sales objectives and performance
* Design, develop, and deliver training programs for the distribution network
* Ensure the skill development of sales teams through regular and customized training sessions
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
* Knowledge of Retail
* Experience with Field Sales or training is a plus
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Keen attention to detail and a passion for excellence
* Fluency in French, Dutch and English is mandatory
