team.blue hub is a new internal startup within the team.blue group, created to deliver a unified, intelligent experience across all team.blue brands. We’re building a small, top‑tier team with complete autonomy, using AI as leverage across every workflow to ship fast, think clearly, and achieve measurable results.
Role
Lead the development and execution of the team.blue hub initiative from concept to rollout. Define the roadmap, coordinate across design, engineering, and marketing, and ensure every phase delivers measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and manage roadmap and milestones across phases
* Translate strategic goals into concrete deliverables and KPIs
* Coordinate design, development, and marketing workstreams
* Use AI tools to enhance research, planning, and prioritization
* Report progress and insights to leadership
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS or platform environments
* Strong technical understanding and ability to manage cross‑functional teams
* Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills
* Familiarity with AI tools and data‑driven prioritization
* Reliable, autonomous, and detail‑oriented
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
