Job Description We are looking for a Quality Specialist to support and strengthen our quality processes within a highly regulated distribution environment. Responsibilities : Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in line with regulatory standards and internal requirements Investigating non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints using root cause analysis and implementing effective CAPA actions Managing quality activities related to supplier qualification, approval, and ongoing performance review for critical suppliers Supporting pharmaceutical quality assurance activities and acting as QA delegate or back-up for the Responsible Person when required Monitoring quality performance data, identifying trends, and recommending practical improvements to products and processes Working closely with operations, regulatory affairs, supply chain, and other teams to ensure quality requirements are met throughout storage and distribution Maintaining document control processes for quality records, procedures, and compliance documentation Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence Preferred qualifications: Bachelor/Master's degree in a scientific discipline (preferably pharmaceutical sciences, doctor/or master in (veterinary) medicines, chemistry, biology, biomedical sciences or bio engineer sciences). A first experience in a quality role within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated environment Good knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 13485 and strong understanding of GMP and GDP requirements Experience managing investigations, root cause analysis, CAPA, and process improvement activities Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
