Position: Energy PMO
Support Project Governance:
Resource Management Coordination:
Monitor the status of multiple projects within the portfolio, consolidating progress reports and providing insights to senior management.~ Risk and Issue Management Support:
Financial Oversight:
Track project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans, and provide detailed cost analysis and forecasts.~ Stakeholder Communication:
Ensure effective communication across all stakeholders by facilitating regular updates, meetings, and feedback loops.~ Quality Assurance:
Oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the defined scope and objectives.~ Team Coaching and Development:
Act as a mentor and coach to project managers and teams, promoting a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.
Master's degree in Management, Business Engineering, Engineering or equivalent~3 to 8 years of experience as PMO or Project Manager~ Effective time management and ability to clearly identify priorities and manage multiple tasks~ Able to speak fluently in French & English, Dutch is a major asset
